Ladyrebel, go to start menu-choose run – there you write “regedit” -that will open the registry editor – scroll down to find folder named RealTimeGaming – if that folder is not open then open it -
then Silver Oak should appear and you can delete it.
If Silver Oak is not there it’s a little bit trickier.
Scroll to the top in the registry editor and click “my computer” – go to edit – choose search -and write “silver oak” then search next – then a file with name silveroak should turn up- delete that. To continue the search for silveroak files to delete, go to edit and choose search next (or F3 it’s the same). Do that until it says search is completed.
Not so much fun but you’ll get a hang of it once you’ve done it.
