I tried to download off of the upgrade and I did not get the chip. I tried at three both ways and gave up. I was told I had to verify my account when I signed in but there was not where to do that. Was in chat with help for 20 minutes…and ended up being told I needed to be invited.

shoudn’t have to download anything. I just hit upgrade, and than a message said “verify account” I hit that and it went right into the casino. If you have had no account set up in any of them, maybe that’s the problem. Once i downloaded casino grand bay to get the $100 2 days ago, the other 4 casinos just seem to be there even though i never had an account in them before. Im sorry i can’t explain it any other way or see your computer to try to help you.

I want to withdraw $1400, they said first they will sent me a check, and after a couple of days they asked me to send them a copy of ID, a copy of an utility bill, and copy of a credit card. Did somebody have that experiance? Should I do that? It does not seem so smart to give them all that.

SLADJAN, I have been playing casinos online for years and have cashed out quite a few times. All casinos will require you to send them copies of your drivers license, whatever credit card you deposited with (or cards), a copy of your utility bill (to verify your address) and a form from whatever casino your cashing out with that you print out then fill out and send it back. (either by e-mail, scan, or fax). Its a pain in the rear end but the good news is..that you only have to do this ONCE! When they have received all your documents they will keep that on file so the next time you cash out, you justdo that!…cash out! Now some casinos will have you print out a form each time you cash out that you just have to sign that verifies you still deposited with the same credit cards or whatever way you deposited, but thats easy and takes two seconds to do. Now I will tell you from experience the best way to send all the stuff they require the first time is to scan and e-mail it. DON’T..I REPEAT DON’T FAX!!!!!! You will drive yourself to an early grave over having to fax it over and over again because they didn’t get a clear enough copy, or it’s too small and they can’t read it, or some nonsence like that. Hope this has helped ease your mind knowing that with every casino you have to send these documents in one time before you will get your money! Oh! one last tip… when you make copies of your credit cards make sure they are signed and also black out the middle numbers on the front. leave the first four and last four readable. Good luck!!!!
