    Can somebody help me please?
    I make a deposit for 500$ at “one club casino” i won i withdrawal 4000$ and they told me i can only get 1000$ a month because i am a new player and for security reasons they cant pay the all amounth once. I dont know where to complain or find out if they can do this.

    I agree with Daniel: It should be called Malice with no Chance! That’s too funny! Needless to say, it didn’t work for me either. BTW, can somebody explain playthrugh requirements using the following example: I get a coupon in the mail that gives me $100 to use at a casino; however, I must playthrough 50 times whatever math theory they use. I still don’t understand it. Do Ihave to spin the reels 50 times 100 or what? Somebody out there must understand and be able to explain this in everyday terms. When I speak to the casino, they sometimes have heavy accents and I can’t understand a word they’re saying.

    hi tmichell, playthrough requirements is for free chips….
    free chip amount x playthrough amount exaple- $100.00×50= $5000.00 you have to play that $100.00 chip past $5000.00 to withdraw

    if you deposit and claim a bonus you have to wager deposit+bonusx playthrough amount to withdraw. example $20.00 + 100%bonus x 50=$2000.00 playthrough before you can withdraw.

    so beware of casinos with big bonuses, they usually have a stiff playthrough. hope this helps and is not too confusing.

    and also keep in mind, if you redeem a free chip and win, the casino will not pay you unless it is your first free chip with that casino or your last transaction was a deposit.

    Thanx, Tanksmoma. That helped a lot. I’m putting the following in caps so no one will miss it: I WAS ABLE TO USE A 50.00 FREE CHIP AT PAMPER, BUT I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE FREE CHAT AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. THEY DID PUT IT IN, HOWEVER, AND WERE VERY NICE ABOUT IT, SO TRY AGAIN.
