fyi to everyone. last weekend they did a major upgrade to their software. go into your program files and uninstall anything Kingsbury or Cleo related. Then go to their main site and install the new software. Works like a charm now.

For Cleos VIP I had the same problem, kept crashing, but runs better now. Someone said to click on icon and click on properties and run as Windows XP. It works a lot better for me now.

i did as suggested: uninstalled the software then tried to re-install the new version, but my AVG wasn’t havin’ it the software contains malware. not just the usual adware that comes with some casinos. i was unable to run the software and i don’t recommend bypassing your anti-virus. i will send an email to the casino to let them know (cause i can’t wait two hours for chat) and i am sure they will fix it.
despite this issue, i think once they get the bugs worked out it seems like a nice place and customer service did give me the $33 coupon. (thank you)

Hey I got the bonus by requesting it on their Live Chat. I’ve never seen these slots before. The slots did not pay very well but still fun. To get the bonus you need to download the casino which took about 15 minutes. Then you have to request it on Live Chat and they give you a link to click on. Then you have to refresh the Casino and the balance should be updated.

I got it and I wasn’t a new player.
On the free 17 they gave me a link but it said I had already claimed it. Never did. They even told me yesterday I never did but since it was expired they couldn’t give it to me.
