  • georgie007, it wasn’t free pennies I was playing with . I had deposited over 200 dollars and just happened to win. Now if they do finally pay me they are charging me a 100 processing fee.   • I requested a 450 dollar withdrawal request with Slots Inferno on Dec. 2, 2011. I thought for sure I would have it before Christmas. It is Jan. 9, 2012 and they are still giving me the runaround. They say that maybe I will be on this weeks payout list but they don’t know what day it comes out or even if I will be on it. Their site says it takes 72 hours to process the withdrawal request and then up to 72 for the bank transfer to finalize..yeah right. I have been told so many times that I would get paid soon. I even contacted the opearations officer twice to no avail. They do not respond to emails or anything else for that matter. You cannot contact the accounting dept in any way. All you can talk to is support and I know as much as they do or they will not share. I am so frustrated. I just want my money. Do not give them your money thinking you will get a quick payout.   • When it comes to QuickTender…..they do not set it up for you. However they do need to send you an invite that will give you access to sign-up. Although I’m not the biggest fan of their fees, I haven’t had any problems with them. I think I’ll hold off on this one as well.     as far as the quicktender is concerned…i would not do without it.

    if you already do not have an account, a casino has to set it up for you, as they have suggested, you cannot request an account on your own from quicktender.

    just follow the procedure, and it seems to me you will have no problem.

    send in the docs right away, that is what takes the time, and once they have that, and set up your initial quick tender account, it only takes 24 hours or so to process a withdrawal thru quicktender.

    First impression: “slots inferno” sounds like a virtual clone name but nothing in the gut or facts to support it so neutral.

    Second impression: New casino, not new support staff so they are outsourcing or connected and csr doesn’t have all the info but is very helpful without trying to get an deposit (yet).

    Paranoia: (please disregard) launch without affiliate splash? Dunno. Jack Wells is a name related to Hastings so this could be an actual RTG owned and operated casino or…

    Impressions of csr: either they don’t have their game down yet or they are doing one of two things ~ fishing for your financial info or protecting theirs. I would go with protecting theirs based on y gut.

    max cash outs on free chips, so that sounds right. i always use quicktender, usually get it the next day.

  • by the way…almost all casinos remove the bonus money when you take a withdrawal. it is not an rtg thing, it is relevant to all software, depending on the casinos terms and conditions.
